Anita Hassanandani is the well-known celebrity of Indian Television. She made her debut on television Idhar Udhar Season 2. After this she did many tv and film projects but she got real fame and lots of love from audience when she played the role of “Shagun” in
the TV show titled Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.

Anita has won many awards for Best Actress in lead role and Best Actress in
negative role but in 2016 she won Star Plus Award for Most Stylish Sadasya (Female). Not only Awards but she has also made place in hearts of many people with her glamorous
avatar as Shagun in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein (YHM). The beautiful diva has a massive fan following on social media with over 5.2 million followers on Instagram.

Wondering, whats the secret to her beauty and sexy figure?

Recently in an interview, Anita Hassanandani shared fitness secrets. Surprisingly, the actress is a big foodie and eats whatever she wants as she think that life should be lived to the fullest. However, she advices that living life to fullest doesn’t mean eating a lot at the same time but eat in limit like she eats 5-6 small meals instead of 3 big meals a day. This eating habit of 5-6 small portions helps a person keep his/her hunger pangs under control.

Anita does not believe in crash diets and even does not follow them. She starts her day with drinking salt water and follows drinking water the whole day to keep herself glowing and hydrated all day. She makes sure to have meals with appropriate amount of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates and nutrients the whole day.  All in all we can say
she focuses on having a nutritious and balanced diet. But it doesn’t mean she doesn’t have cheat meals, Anita being a big foodie has a sweet tooth and every evening she likes to have a brownie or dry fruits with filter coffee.

Talking about Anita’s workout she follows a strict workout regime and fitness schedule. Every Morning she do different breathing exercise, meditation and yoga as she believes that all these keeps a person’s body healthy and mind peaceful. Other than all this after her yoga session she goes for half an hour walk and also likes to do belly dancing because she believes this is also important to have a good figure.

According to Anita her husband Rohit Reddy is the inspiration behind her continuous gym workout and fitness.
